- Is it really free?
- Yes, 100%. No subscription, no hidden fees, never any commission: neither for hosting nor for requesting a night. Hospitality between motorcyclists is not for sale.
- Do I need an account to see the map?
- No. You can browse the map, listings and public profiles without signing up. Create an account only to request a stay, offer your own, send messages or report something.
- Who can take part?
- Any adult motorcyclist. Browse freely; to request a night or offer one, create an account and complete your profile.
- Is my address visible to everyone?
- No. On the map, only an area is shown. Your exact address stays private until you accept a request, and it never appears on the public listing.
- How does a request work?
- Pick a host, suggest your dates and write a message. They can message you before replying, then accept or decline. If they accept, you receive the address and the details to get there.
- Can I decline or cancel?
- Yes. Hosts can decline without giving a reason. Both travelers and hosts can cancel as long as the stay is not over. You stay in control of your home and your plans.
- Can I message another rider?
- Yes, once you are logged in. After an accepted request, always. Before that, or outside a request, it depends on what the other member allows (unsolicited messages). Read their profile, then write to clear up any doubt.
- How many places can I offer?
- One listing per account. You can edit it or pause it at any time.
- Can I host several riders?
- Yes, if your home allows it. State the capacity and the maximum number of nights in your listing.
- Do I need a garage?
- No. Simply say what you offer: garage, parking, a tie-down point…
- Facebook login does not work
- Often, Facebook does not send an email even after you authorize access. Check the “Facebook login” help page, or create an account with your email.
- What should I do if there is a problem?
- Report the profile, listing or message from the app (account required). You can also block a member. The team reviews every report.
